The hotel staff at this place were absolutely fantastic! They were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. I stayed at another hotel before coming here, and the difference in attitude was like night and day. It's clear that the staff here genuinely cares about the guests' experience.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find any major flaws.

I like this hotel I was planing for two days but after I stay there I extended my stay for 12 days it was realy nice in all the meaning , staff was very helpful , location was very near to all town services, the rooms is huge and comfortable

Cleanliness: The hotel was kept very clean throughout our stay. Hotel facilities: The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. Location: Easy to get to from all the tourist areas and close to the airport. Staff: The staff were polite, responsive, and provided excellent service.

Our apartment was well equiped with 2 x flat screen TVs & a DVD player. Split system aircons in the 2 bedrooms and the lounge. 2 x bathrooms. Comfy beds & pillows and lounge. We also had a water dispenser, which was better than bottled water as you run out too quick.

All was good, only minor things like the cleaning team forgot to empty our bin under the sink for 2 days and didn't replace toilet paper in the bathroom.

Good location, nice staff, and the room is very sweet, i will stay again in this hotel.

The hotel is located near some popular tourist areas including a nearby shopping center and a variety of restaurants. You will not have to travel far to enjoy the beach, as it is within walking distance. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities such as LCD TVs and free Wi-Fi. Guests can also enjoy the buffet breakfast, which offers a variety of tasty foods to choose from.

The lighting in the hallway leading to the guest rooms was a bit dim, which may be an issue for some guests who prefer a well-lit area.

100 Sunset is a great little boutique hotel. It was inexpensive and gave a lot for the money - clean, good design, great amenities, above average restaurant.

Room is perfect,super bad!!!

Large rooms, great price, close to shopping the room was quite spacious and comfortable. the price was very reasonable for what was offered. the location was perfect for those who enjoy shopping, as there were many shops nearby.

Noisy, staff not helpful the noise level in the room was quite high, making it hard to get a good night's rest. the staff were not very helpful and seemed disinterested in answering any questions.

The gm Mr Mohamed Ali was excellent, He is every where around the hotel to ensure the Operation is running smooth and on track He has given the courtesy to us on our 1 weeks holiday at 100Sunset Hotel, stay there and he will taking care of you!! Highly Recommended... The hotel Location is near from every where 1. The Hotel is near from every where, They have shuttle to Kuta beach & Square 2.Near from Krisna (the biggest and complete to buy gift & souvenirs) 3.Near from grocery store (Carrefour & Circle K, Bali galerria Mall etc) 4.near from Seminyak and other interest place in Kuta, you can even rent a Motor cycle or Car with the cheap price...

Some Staff tried to fool us with money..(Charging us additional service,not sincere service) The bath tub drain was clogged, Engg tried to fix but the problem was still there. The wash basin near the entrance was leaking, it was rectified several times but the problem was still there.

A free upgrade was offered to me even though I've been there a little earlier for check-in.Staffs there were very nice and polite.But it's a little noisy for the rooms neryby the road even the hotel used double glass doors for that.A big Carrefour is nearby and it would take you about 10mins to be there by walking.But you have to cross the road very very carefully.

Lovely romantic getaway! The hotel offered complimentary welcome drinks upon arrival which was a nice touch. Our room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, walking distance to shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the variety of breakfast options the hotel offered.

The hotel did not have a lot of amenities, like a spa or fitness center, which would have been nice to have during our stay.

Everything were excellent especially the room clealiness and spacious of living hall and the view is fantastic especially at the main door..the only poor thing is thercurtain on the main door is dirty and theres one time the tab water were so dirty..the rest were superb

It is a really choice for the price. They have a fre shuttle to take you in downtown.
